I cannot lose these these last 8 or 9 lbs. HELP

I have watched my cal intake and I dont eat after 8 pm. I have run distances, sprints, played basketball for hours, along with my gym time and I cannot lose these 9 lbs or so around my stomach.I am not fat by any means 33 inch waist but you guys on here would consider me fat. Some of you know my stats, but they are 5'10" 182 and my little (tanita stand on scale and body fat analysis) scale says 19% bf. It is supposed to be very accurate but I am doubting it right now. I have lost about 7 or 8 lbs and have been dead on with diet. Feel like I have lost a little muscle and am wanting to start my omna 500mg wk 1-10 cycle with 30 mg dbol 1-6 wks. I need to know, should I try clen or t-3? I get to shaking like a dog shittin peach seeds when I get on some of that stuff. I tried levorex and didnt see much difference. I have been drinking so much water that I have to have a gatorade piss jug in my car long drives for christs sake. I have considered liposucton but am sceered!!! I want to be about 12% or so before starting cycle. Every thread says to cut before and then hit the gear. I need help, I am like a little bitch every day jumping on the scale and seeing no improvement. Dnp scares the shit out of me and I am worried about enlarging my heart valves on clen? Any other suggestions>? Oh, yeah, this may help too, I am almost 31 and I used to be able to drop bf no problem. Please give me some good ideas,thoughts etc... Any ?s just ask? thanks in advance. :)

A Scale is not an accurate way of judgement.
Fat calipers & tape measure are the way to go.

def give clen a run and switch it up with eca stack of your choice. give us your diet breakdown..as much as 98% of your progress will come from that alone.

You are what you eat, seriously even if you did absolutely no cardio and watched your calorie intake...you could still loose bodyfat. Do your cario first thing in the am on empty stomach, take only BCAA's before going to do the cardio which is done at 70% of your HR. Don't stop eating at 8pm either, unless that's when you hit tha sack. Down a protein shake only right before bed that will give you 8 hours of protein, i drink Glycerlean.

Well, this will probably get me flamed up but fuck it I dont know shit about losing bf, just bulking. I generally have some skim milk in the morning with some whey protein. Low carb 40g protein. about 3 hrs later, I eat about 6 egg whites. I have cat food chicken in a can(drained and strained to drop sodium from it) and then I eat either tuna or another shake at about 8. By the way,detroitbodybuildertigers I do cardio empty stomach usually at night before my last meal. I cant find time in the morning right now with work. Radar, I checked with the company that sells this thing and they said it was accurate within .2% bf? I dont think I have that high bf but I cant really see any abs anymore. HELP!!! I am brain dead on eca stack and all that. Can I not lose 9 or 10 more lbs without the drugs? I would rather but at my age, I will try any stack that is gonna work. T-rex ? Ideas? thanks for the info, now give me some more :qt:
 
yes give t-rex a run alot of guys swear by it, i eat the canned chicken cat food too now, very easy to prepare and high protien. drop the milk i bet you lose 4 lb's just from that
 
You're saying you have a scale that determines bodyfat???

How so? How does it measure that pound and a half of food you just ate,and then another ,and another you had thruout the day?


I'm totally confused. Is it determining body weight/fat ratio?
If so -sorry its not accurate, due to water being retained, food in the intestines & stomach area and so on!

those tanita body fat scales are VERY VERY inacurate. i remeber fukkenshredded saying that he used one and it said 13% body fat lol
 
ha, I dont know, It has the metal pegs that you stand on when you weigh and it is a digital scale. you have to place your heels on the scale and your toes on the front and stand completely still. It seemed to work on a friend on mine. He is 14 % (had it tested with calipers at drs. office) and it showed him about 14.4 percent. I dont really know how it works, but that is the idea.

trash that bro! the only way to get a more accurate reading is through a experienced person using calipers or hydrostatic weighing
 
Your diet and body composition needs to be monitored and readjusted accordingly at regular intervals. For example, considering consistent physical activity and diet, your maintenance calories are approximately 2826 cal based upon moderate exercise activity. In general, subtract 500 calories per day from your diet and you should lose about 1 lb per week. Then, lets say you've dropped your weight down to 172 lbs and are now at a plateau. Your basal metabolic rate has already changed by 10%. Therefore, your newly restablish maintenance calories are approximately 2733 cal. Your new caloric deficit must be established based off the current maintenance calories in order to continually make an improvement. The other alternative to decresing your caloric intake is to increase your caloric expenditure. Many people will begin with 30-45 minutes cardio per day or training session. Once you have reached a plateau, you will need to increase your cardiovascular training frequency to a daily basis and the duration to 1 hour and above to continually make progress.

It's not absolutely necessary to use clenbuterol and T3. A basic supplement like Thermorexin will help control your appetite while providing an extra means of caloric expenditure. This will be more than sufficient if the details to your nutrion and training have been properly incorporated.

I've never failed any of my clients with this protocol. The only time where there was a problem was due to the usage of anti depressants. Even then, I have a way to compensate for that and reach their deisired goals

Great advice.

1.) Cardio first thing after wakeup on empty stomach.

2.) Eat clean carbs with your meals, no junk, no sugars unless they are fruit.

3.) Take in a quality lean protein shake before bedtime.

4.) Keep an eye on your caloric intake, remember the goal you have in mind (lean abs).

5.) Always get a good nights sleep = 8 hours.

6.) Use ECA/Clen stack to burn more fat during the hours you are awake.

I agree with you here, Jenetic. The way I look at it, it's basically up to individual whether they want to incorporate the Clen/T3 realizing that they can go without them until they reach a plateau later down the road at which point they will lean up even more by using them. It's all about how lean they want to get and what timetable to do it in.

19%bodyfat means you're fat.

Yes! Radar is right. A scale within .2% bf..Bullshit. Stay off the scale, post what you typically eat during the day. I bet the answer is there.
 
I have been trying to watch daily intake of calories and then adjusting it accordingly. I dont eat after about 8 pm and try to eat clean throughout the day. I posted earlier what I eat and it is pretty bland really. Canned chicken with all the cat like fluid washed out? and I will eat some tuna almost every day. I usually have about 6 egg whites in the morning.I have only been taking in about 1800 calories a day total. I figured that I would see more weight loss than this. I did lose about 7 or 8 lbs or so and I think I have hit a plateau. Maybe I should just hit cardio even harder. I appreciate everyones help and I guess the tanita scale bf measurer is a joke, and it really makes me feel better because last yr when I was at the chiropractor he measured me at 13% and that is about my weight now. I just got it in my head that I had lost more muscle and gained more bf. And for YOHAMA, why would you want to be so unhelpful and just say I am fat? What a worthless post, everyone else here is trying to help and I do feel better about myself now,that might have something to do with your little karma that you have received. This is a board to learn and help each other. If you bothered to read my posts I said that I am not fat but would be considered fat to a lot of guys on here. I obviously know that and you saying I am fat doesnt help anyone, unless it makes you feel better. Anyway, I appreciate everyone elses input and I will get a real bf analysis(anyone know where to get some good calipers??) and maybe try some t-rex.
 
My friend has one of those weight and bf% scales. It measured me at 25% bf and I was like WTF, my bro said it is very accurate. I knew I was no where close to 25% so when I went to the gym and they gave me a proper bf% check I came in at 14.5%.

Just go to your local gym they should be able to test your bf% there.

Eating before bed time is as important as eating as soon as one wakes up. If you not eating then at least take protein before bedtime.

That is good to know. Maybe I am at my 13% or so then. I will have to have it checked at the chiropractor, my gym is so small, there isnt any one there to help with that. It is cheap though :) thanks a lot.
