I have watched my cal intake and I dont eat after 8 pm. I have run distances, sprints, played basketball for hours, along with my gym time and I cannot lose these 9 lbs or so around my stomach.I am not fat by any means 33 inch waist but you guys on here would consider me fat. Some of you know my stats, but they are 5'10" 182 and my little (tanita stand on scale and body fat analysis) scale says 19% bf. It is supposed to be very accurate but I am doubting it right now. I have lost about 7 or 8 lbs and have been dead on with diet. Feel like I have lost a little muscle and am wanting to start my omna 500mg wk 1-10 cycle with 30 mg dbol 1-6 wks. I need to know, should I try clen or t-3? I get to shaking like a dog shittin peach seeds when I get on some of that stuff. I tried levorex and didnt see much difference. I have been drinking so much water that I have to have a gatorade piss jug in my car long drives for christs sake. I have considered liposucton but am sceered!!! I want to be about 12% or so before starting cycle. Every thread says to cut before and then hit the gear. I need help, I am like a little bitch every day jumping on the scale and seeing no improvement. Dnp scares the shit out of me and I am worried about enlarging my heart valves on clen? Any other suggestions>? Oh, yeah, this may help too, I am almost 31 and I used to be able to drop bf no problem. Please give me some good ideas,thoughts etc... Any ?s just ask? thanks in advance.
