I bow down

So -- I have had the luxury to not have to work but a few hours a week from home so I have had time for my workouts and goals and what not with no problem -- well I recently took an opportunity which meant a lot more money but I also am working a LOT more hours -- the ol dolly parton 9-5er... anyway -- its probably my body adjusting but it is tough to get in the gym for cardio and as much weight lifting as I am used too, time is of the essence -- I guess I gotta bow down to the people who work 40+ hours and are still able to acheive their goals and get to the gym every night...

anyway -- ya

You'll get used to it. I do hardwood floors, which is very intensive. Hard on the back, knees, and shoulders. Took me a couple of weeks to be able to do a solid workout after taking the job, but once you do it just becomes routine.
