I benched 35s today

I had to stop in September because of a shoulder injury. I'm not 100% yet but I felt better lifting today than I did when I tried a few times in March.

Just did some chest, tris, and a little bit of shoulders today. It's just push/pull/legs this week. Not sure what the 5 day routine is going to look like, I have to work that one out still.

Yeah, I hear ya. I felt so weak searching out all the smaller dbs to do a few things. I need some A-Bongs and Diana Balls to help me rebuild quick.
 
And while we're on the subject, I forgot just how deadly protien farts are. My fuckin eyes are watering and my nose is burning.

Don't do it bro! I'm dying to, but will wait till my gains slow down because when you're off lifting for a while (like me) anything you do will make you grow. I'm still doing relatively mediocre workouts and still growing easily from them BECAUSE any stimulation will do it at this point. It's like starting from scratch but with muscle memory. When you see slowed progress, THEN and IF... you want to go that route, it may be the wiser choice.

I'm waiting a few months at least, then hitting TURBO boost. lol

Use your time wisely. Where would you go from the end of this cycle?.... no where but down after that... Patience...
