I asperated today and nothing but big bubbles...

I asperated today and nothing but big bubbles went into the barrel. I never seen that so I pulled out the pin as I was pulling the pin out I noticed blood bubbles entered the barrel.
I got rid of the gear and I tried again in a spot about a 1.4 inch away. DO you think that is far enough.
I was hitting the bi's. I used a 1.5 inch 25 gauge pin. I entered a little over an inch.

Im sure it was far enough. Sometimes when i aspirate, I get big bubbles too. Its usually because the needle is loose from the syringe. Make sure the needle is tight before you shoot.
 
Like 2Thick said, it's normal to see bubbles, that's what you want.

Only worry if you start drawing blood (which means you are in a vein) or if you start to draw puss like substance (which means you probably have an infection/abscess)
