I Am Want To Put On 10-15 Pounds Of Lean Mass.

I PLAN TO DO A SMALL CUTTING CYCLE SOON. I WANT 10 TO 15 POUNDS OF LEAN MASS (PURE MUSCLE), THAT MEANS NO D-BOL, OR ANY TESTS. CAN SOMEBODY FORMULATE A CUTTING CYCLE TO ACHIEVE THAT GOAL?
 
Fina 75mgs ED for 8 weeks
EQ 400-600mg a week for 10 weeks
Winny 50mgs ED


Protein around 250-300 grams a day, carbs no higher than 150 grams a day and most should be consumed before and after workout.
This is what I would do. I have use this cycle along with some T3 and if you do it right you can drop bf and gain muscle. Some say you can't gain much off T3 but I gained about 12 pounds LBM and lost about 9 pounds of fat.

That's a bad ass cycle. I don't see what would be wrong about useing prop with fina and whinny. I was hard as rock with prop. just something to think about.

agreed...... He mentioned that he didn't want to use TEST so I left it out. I he had just .25 grams of Armidex a day he would be fine if he added prop. I would actually encourage prop, but some react different to test than others.

Even if you do react differently to prop you can always take more armidex. I don't think you can pass up Test when using fina. IMO the two are made for each other.

and a solid low fat/carb high protein diet :)
 
The primo should be run for at least 8 weeks, preferably 10.....

Sure, I'd run it 600mg for 12 weeks...and I'd rather be driving a corvette than a civic...:p

If you can afford it than by all means run it for 10-12 weeks.

500mg of Primo for 12 weeks this past cycle, I damn near had to trade my truck in for a f*cking Hyundai! LMAO!

15 lbs of actualy SOLID/tissue muscle while in a caloric deficit???? I doubt it.

I agree - 15lbs. of solid muscle is a pretty massive gain even 10 is a lot under these conditions. I like the analogy of laying out 15lbs. of steak on a table - think about it. No way that's happening while cutting unless you use a lot of drugs or respond very well.

Since it's your first cycle and you don't want major drugs involved why not just use equip, primo, or winstrol etc...and run it at a normal dose. See how your body reacts - you'll likely see substantial changes - might even achieve your goals if you respond well.

To guarantee someone 10-15lbs. with no history the dosages have to be quite significant. Run something reasonable and see how it works.
