Ludendorf & Mr. DB - I am all healed up from that incident but have a couple scars on my mouth as a reminder. Unfortunetly though I fucked up my lower back bad last Saturday warming up on squats. If it weren't for the hydrocodine I could not walk right now, which has really fucked up my touch up training before my little trip. I am thinking about upping my pain killer dose and trying to get back in the gym.
