haha.i havent flat benched yet.i did put up chest day numbers.but i havent really started feeling like superman til two days ago.next chest day is tomorrow.then tuesday back/traps.wed.off.thursday shoulders.friday legs.saturday arms & abs.sunday off.my bench is always my weakest any ways.but im not avoiding it...im getn there.relax fellers:)

my chest strength has a long way to go. i may buy a video camera tusday and post my workouts and see if any of you can help me with anything...
 
all are good lifts and good numbers for your size and being of for a long time. Good shit there.
The only thing that sticks out to me is the side laterals. Your using 45-50lb DB's for these? That seems like a shoulder injury waiting to happen. I can do them with 40's too but I get alot more out of 20's using super strict form and much slower rep speed.
I comment because my training partner was using 40's last week and i said dude wtf are you nuts? Next day he was really sorry.
Some peoples shoulders are bullet proof though, i dunno, just my .02

Don't freak out and start cutting or anything crazy just eat real clean n keep buffing ur body comp will change over the long run, maybe ad a lil cardio but don't go crazy with it... You have a real advantage now that u know exactly what ur bf% is, you can go back in a couple weeks an see if ur gaining fat loosing muscle etc.... Ur doing fine bro dnt panic... Jus by adding more mass and not loosing fat will lower ur bf%

I feel u bro I was tested recently at 18% and my upper abbs are showing, I figured I was 14ish% very discouaging to say the least jus keep grinding... I took some time off and jumped back in about 1 year ago, I was looking similar to u...

it was a great session then i did 25 minutes at 9.0 incline 2.5 speed - my heart rate stayed at 145 bpm...see!im listening!

They are both topical fat burners. Primordial Performance Dematherm and RPN Eviscerate. These are the two best on the market imo. You would apply the TD Fat burner then apply the liquid clen over the same area. The TD carrier should help the clen absorb transdermally as well. The effects would be localized to the areas it's applied. No systemic effects, so the clen should not jack up your BP or give you any of the other nasty sides.

I have not tried this yet, but I intend to do so. I wish SW was here to give you some solid info since he's the one who I know is doing this. When he gets back from overseas I will make sure he sees this.

Thats what it says. I still think it makes you lose fat everywhere else and since you have fat wherever you have the most is obviously going to go dow, given that you diet and do cardio.

I dont think you can really "spot reduce" but it may help somewhat.

That's the theory.

I think it's more like get the last bit of fat off after you've reached 9-10%. Although dermatherm and eviscerate will help to shed some pounds if you are not that lean.
