I am so pissed at myself

So today I get home and realize my "shaker" bottle fron GNC is not here and I begin looking for it. I worked out yesterday and had a tone of shit with me because I had to go right after work. i then go to plug my i-pod in to charge it and guess what, it is not here either! I must have left both of those fuckers at the gym. Dman it, I will never see that agin. I am so pissed off, I have no oney right now and I am so busy. Fuck me!
