just polished off 3 pizza's from domino's, i got thier 555 deal. second day in a row now im on this binge, i have 2 perc's left and 3 corona's to make it through the night, im out of the gym for 3 month's now due to an injury, i cant handle not liftting and working out so im self loathing until i heal up and get back

right now im withdrawing from last night's pill binge and bloated as fuck form the pizza's i had last night and again today.

Eat something healthy today or go for a run if the injury won't hurt. Nothing wrong with eating a bunch of pizza as long as it's not all the time. Eat well and you'll recover faster.

I'd recommend working on that sense of insecurity, you seem to be using the gym as a crutch. In the long run your life will be better if you focus on that instead of lifting.
