Yes, they are good but take a look at the sodium content. As long as your not drinking 4 or 5 a day which would mean you have a good amount expendible income im assuming, you should be fine.

i'm sure everyone has heard from someone or another that mixing the too is dangerous. can someone enlighten me as to why?

the only stimulant red bull contains is caffeine. yes it contains double what a can of coke does, but i never heard of anyone warning about drinkin rum and cokes all night.

so whats the difference if you have 2 cans of red bull drinkin red bull and vodkas or 4 cans of coke drinkin rum and coke.

another thing i don't get is why the media is saying that taurine is a stimulant. studies have shown taurine is good for lowering blood pressure and lessing palpitations and tachycardia.

i don't see how the b vitamins would be a problem. alcohol depletes them anyway, so why not add some back.

so again, i don't see why the big warning. i can see how drinkin red bull and vodka all night long could become a problem, but a few here and there shouldn't. but people are sending out warnings like crazy about not mixing them at all.

sorry if this is off the point of the thread. just wonderin what you all thought.

and yes, sugar free red bull tastes damn near as good as the original shit.

Its BS. Alcohol is CNS depressant while caffeine is a CNS stimulant. Mixing them is only for taste, just like when you mix coke and rum.

i don't think the red bull stimulant effect is that strong (with or without alcohol). maybe it's because i've taken thermo's (ECA, NYC, T-REX) so i compare it to those.

i do agree though, it does help keep me a little more alert if i have 1 or 2 while drinkin.

I have had it before. Unless you Vodka is cut with water or your tolerance is very high for alcohola and your very sensitive to stimiulants there is no way this would be the case.

caffeine and booze aren't 100% antagonistic. you're just wide-awake drink if you mix caffeine with alcohol.
