Ingredients

2 Tbsp oil

2 medium onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

1 tsp tumeric

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp curry powder

½ cauliflower, cut into florets (650g)

825g can crushed tomatoes

1 cup frozen peas

425g can chickpeas, drained

½ cup light coconut milk

1 tsp salt

I just ate a pulled pork sammich I made from Pork Steak left overs from tuesday. FYI, I make the best pork steaks in 3 countys.

i had velveeta shells and cheese with 2 slices of pizza lololol!!!

how lestat finds time to cook in between reflecting upon his own life is beyond me.

i made it, no meat, next time i'm adding chicken for sure, seemed to be lacking something.

also was a bit bland, anyone have any ideas on how to make it a bit more flavorful?
