I AM SO HARDCORE. i just had a TUNA SHAKE WITH WATER!!!wasnt that bad either.

im gonna start cutting again extremely hard again. ill be eatin 1.5 to about 2 heads of cabbage a day if not more (NEGATIVE CALORIES)and the rest of my foods will just be lean meats like lean steak chicken and TUNA. i plan on ripping up big time to about 4 percent. i will update my avatar when i do. i will be natural always been natural, i wont need steroids. no supps except a multivitamin. when i get to about 4 percent i plan on adding 20 grams of carbs per week indefinitly. my theory behined this is that ill will be able to maintain a ripped as hell body year round and gain mass. i shoulnt put on any fat because my increase of carbs will be so slight. i will be hitting one muscle per week. probably after a few months of barley increasing carbs, then i will be slowly adding muscle because calories will slightly be increasing. i think my training is pretty sound. i plan on being perfect with this diet. ive done it before. laterzz.

my stats right now are 6feet6 260 pounds and natural body fat im not shure maybe around 14 or higher whatever it looks like in my avatar. im about 10-15 pounds heavier than in my avatar
 
I've done the tuna in water thing before....canned Chicken was better I thought...well...if there can be a "Better".

For the Love of GOD get some protein Powder. No offense but tuna shakes arent hardcore, they are nasty, you dont have to do that. Get a 5lb jug of Optimum whey and enjoy yourself.
 
Vitor is completely right. Tuna shakes are terrible..not hardcore. Thats like eating dirt and claiming your hardcore. You have some pretty good stats and if you added in some protein shakes you would prob improve much more. Post workout you need a good source of liquid protein..not ground up fish.
 
i think ill just take in maybe 40 grams of whey or somthing post workout. i plan on getting ripped to shreds. im thinking about going into male stripping. it would be alot better life than only pullin 300 a week from construction

it seems like now since im dieting again, i can just eat tuna straight out of the can with no problem. im glad i dont need any tricks anymore. when im bulking there is no way in hell i have the taste to eat tuna out of a can yuck, but now its not that bad
 
Tuna shakes are perfect. Glad to see some other hardcore brothers on here. Try mixing in some protein powder and things other than water. This is a favorite of mine due to time limitations and eating cycles. You would be surprised what you can put in a blender. WAY TO GO BRO!:beer:
 
well i think it was day 4 into my diet, i had a bowl of icecream and a piece of cake but that really aint shit though small peice of cake and small amount of icecream, probably carbs for the day was 60-80 and fat was about 50 that aint shit for a cheat day im lookin better day by day, i thought id give yall an update.
