I am finally going to post a pic, but need help

Going to hit the gym today and take some pics.....I tried before...I need help getting the pics posted....


What do I do?

save the pic to your computer

go to www.uploader.ws

upload picture

and paste the stuff in the first box that pops up, they are IMG tags and look like this:

[.img]http://www.euplasdas.com/adad/asds.jpg[./img]

and post that.

upload to www.yousendit.com and post the link it gives you here..that way non plats can see

how do you crop the pictures?? For example to block out your face?

Just use paint in accesories-should have it. Then your artwork begins, i reccomend using blue paint to get those garden hose veins kinkin'

than save er, can open as another file. than upload

some progarms alow you to cut the image down too, just look around..you'll figure it out
