I am fat

I am sitting here looking at my stomach and it now has a roll when I slump over. I have never had this much fat on my body and it's all on my stomach area.

You're not alone bro. As long as I have bulging biceps, chest, and back, I can put up with some fat, but I hate it.

Ya'll should feel fortunate. Im 142, and "Skinny Fat". I had an eating disorder, even though I look much better than I used to. I was around 200 with prolly 35%bf or more. Lost a lot of weight and muscle with Atkins at first, then from fear of gaining weight back, I never really ate, then I was down to 100lbs. I have skinny arms, legs but still have flab around my stomach along with the stretched out skin. I'm now working my way back up. never thought I would hear myself say that I wanna gain weight, LOL.
 
Jthompson - How would you know what my weight is or even what my frame is like? I am in the mid 170's right now but I could stand to lose 4ish pounds to get my 6 pack back.

NYC - True, but that is just about impossible right now.

Nnegative - Haven't smashed in about a week bro. My rotation is done and I have no new prospects at this moment. Have met a few this past week but they are dead enders unless I want to put a lot of effort into it. Tried going out tonight and I was useless. When my friends would introduce me to girls I could barely even get a smile out let alone talk to them, but then I could feel it would be like that before I even went out. My game is off at the moment...and no it has nothing to do with the fact that I am carrying around a few of the wrong kinds of pounds.

You lost 25-30 lbs. when you quit the sauce?
 
didnt u just finish college and in a new enrivioment? so that could be it....hard to adjust

man i am shity pssied too...ive had some food poisoning its fucking with my new gig and my up coming olympic lifting meet soon :(

ya man i am so natty...ive only did one cycle which was like 2 years ago or so.... but natty 4 LIFE

as for goals ..some where around a 105 kilo snatch (230 lbs)
