I am Coming to America any advice!!

Can you guys recommend what to see and do when I visit Los Angeles and Las vegas and surrounding areas in a few months? It would be good to be prepared since I wont have a lot of time and I dont want to miss out. This will be my first trip to the U.S. so i am looking forward to it a lot. Anwy info on nightlife, attractions, places to gosee, hintsand tips etc would be very much appreciated! I Can't wait.
