I am bored because I have no classes today. Just thought that it would be interesting to see what everyones post-workout/pre-workout supplements were (non-gear, and while on/off gear).

Pre workout
ALA, Flax oil, Vits E,C, Anti OX,Co Q 10, Mg, Zinc, and Saw Palmetto. A big bowl of oatmeal.

Post workout
A protein carb shake fortified with vitimins and minerals.
60 to 70 grams of protein and about 40 grams of carbs. 1 tablespoon of flax oil.
