Hey guys, just wanted to say hello, i have been off for a long while [the board and da juice} lots of new names on here but i see a few i remember, radar, needto good to see u guys still here...
I had some health/surgery crap to deal with it was a pain in the ass but well worth it, I didnt visit the board cause i KNEW if i did i would get the itch to run a cycle lol.
All is good now, new knee, bloodwork is that of a 18 y/o, my muscle mass/b/f suffered a little, but not as bad as i expected with so long "clean" running 200-205 b/f is higher then i want but i had to keep it high to maintain as much muscle as i could, I still get asked by knuckleheads if i take steroids so i not doing too bad i guess.
anyhow, good to be back bros.....
