Yeah I got it. I agree with Sgt Slaughter but personally I use a three day split on my workouts. Legs day, Push Day and Pull day. Lift heavy 6-10 reps 4 -5 sets work your way up. Keep it simple and dont complicate things make sure you stretch/warm up properly and by god the most important thing of all is to eat right get your diet down take a multi-vitamin make sure you are getting the proper amount of Vitamin C, B Complex, flaxseed oil, potassium, zinc, magnesium. You should invest in Purcee from the AF store it is pure creatine ethyl esther (good shtuff maing) You also should invest in a couple jugs of Whey protien make sure you are taking in 1.5-2 times your body weight in grams of protien every day (EVERY DAY) and about 4000-5000 calories every day eat as many eggs, cows, fishes, and chickens as you can. You will grow. Dont overwork yourself but dont cheat yourself either concentrate on form, not impressing the guy next to you watching you lift. Be in competition with only one person, which is the guy you see in the mirror everytime you look into one otherwise you will drive yourself crazy because there is always someone else out there that is bigger and stronger and has been doing it a lot longer than, you so never let that get to you or you will lose!
