My question is in regards to clenbuterol. It will be my very first time using it. I need suggestions on how to use and how not fuck myself up. I'm concerned more for fat loss. I do hit the gym at 5am so I guess I will take it in the morning. Will I get cramps like the way some say? I figure the cramps are from high dosages and not enough water intake. I'm I right? BTW...I only hit the gym Mon-Fri and not on the weekends. I do not want to take this stuff on the weekends. So would it be ok if I were to take clen say Monday and Tuesday and off on Wednesday and then back on the stuff Thursday and Friday and then off for the weekend?
 
ramp up till till you feel the most comfortable 150-175 mcg 2 weeks on 2 weeks off..imo clen sucks i used novegam and didnt do shiit.. stick with a solid fat burnerfor better results
 
Clen gave me some nasty sides, I took it for a few weeks and couldn't sleep right, also I got head aches. I read some post if you do a search function on this board that recommended taking it right before you go to bed. The sides are generally worst a few hours after taking pills so these people claimed that you slept right through it, and had no problem sleeping. I also was very restless on clen. I think if you have alot of body fat then yes this is the way to go but if you are only looking to loose 5-10% bodyfat then traditional way such as diet, cardio % maybe T-Rex which I loved will do the trick with less sides. Good Luck. And by the way I started with 20mg day 1 and each day raised 1 pill. I had to stop at 60mg/day maybe larger guys can handle more.
