Yea I'd say I can prolly still put up 500 for a single, even thou I look like shit and have lost some weight. But I started back yesterday on a real training program. I been sauce free and have only been to the gym about 8 times in the last three months, but yesterday I was able to hit 8 reps pretty easy with 405. Usually when I can push 405 for 8 I can put 500 in the rack so, just thinking I could prolly put that weight up no problem. I've reached that point where it would take something really drastic to keep me from putting up a 5 plate bench. Lil Beezy put up 3 plates and a dime and a chip last week. Lil negro is strong as cat shit man.
