I admit it! I am fat and need advice with cycles

Here is my first post so I guess I should get ready for the flogging.

I need advice. I guess everyone can use some. I was never a thin guy. At 18 I was a whopping 250lb (not an ounce of muscle) by 20 I was down to about 145 and stabilized at 165 for nearly 11 years. I started working out in 2000 pretty hard. For the first time in my life I had arms, a chest, and shoulders. This all came to an abrupt halt in September of 2001. My gym was basically destroyed with me in it. Final result was a torn up shoulder, broken rib, and 2 ruptured discs after flying backward over rail.

Even when I went back to the gym 6 months later I couldn’t do it. I would get there and set up but would just find myself sitting there thinking about it. I know it sounds almost ridiculous but I finally threw in the towel. Remember, I was never some lean guy either. I was 215 at 21%BF. My goal was to be 210 at 15%.

I finally got myself back into the gym. The toll of sitting on my ass for nearly a year has thrown me into the 215lb mark but now I am about 26%BF. Yep! Fat! I have that beer gut. I have been going steady for about 3 months. The strength has come back pretty quick. At 34 and 5’11” my goal is to get to 12-15%BF and weigh about 220. This is where my question comes in.

Using Deca, Winstrol, and Sus 250. Deca and Winny for fat loss/burn and sus end of a 10-week cycle for bulk is this the right way to use it. Sure, lots of cardio! I wouldn’t think one cycle would do it all. But you have to start somewhere.
 
Deca is a mass gainer so it's not something I would consider in your case. Winny for strenght and sust is a bit of everything. But your main goal is to lose fat. So thats something I would keep for later.

A great fat burning cycle would be anavar/clen-ECA-NYC plus some yohimburn. Even without the anavar you could still have some great results. Also look at your diet. I'm no expert on that but I'm sure there might be some improvement there too.

Never really thought of Clen b/c even ECA had me staring at the walls at 3AM in the morning with work just 4 hours away. I am sure my source has it so I'll pick some up and give it a shot. I had to steal my wife’s Seroquel to finally sleep. Nothing is worse than your eyeballs feeling like pissholes in the snow.

T3, a little scary! DNC; call me a chicken but that shit is out of my league. Reading horror stories of ice-cold enemas to chill down. WTF! I hope they were kidding…

My diet even today is pretty good once I got off the shit I was eating up to about 5 months ago. Now it’s steamed chicken, protein drinks with skim, and egg whites. A bagel here and there. Vegetables and other stuff that is near raw without oil. B/c I have to rely on the cafeteria at work it’s a bitch trying to keep oils out of the veggies they try to slip in.
 
I know how you feel rtemple. I had to take close to a year off because of a shoulder injury also. It's amazingly hard getting back into it but if you're at the three month mark the hardest part is over. If fat loss is your goal I would save the gear you mentioned for after you've shed the fat you want. The stack manny78 mentioned will work very well. Clen's never kept me up unlike eca, it's just the shakes that suck but they're bearable.

Your diet seems to be on track. What worked for me was to split meals up into 5-7 small ones throughout the day to help speed up your metabolism. Also at the gym I'd keep your rest time in between sets right at 60seconds. And a lot of people have varying opinions on this, but I did the bulk of my cardio early in the morning before work on an empty stomach.

Other than that from what you've written it sounds like you're on the right track. After you lose the fat you want then you can create a cycle with the gear you have. But I'd definitely save it until your where you want to be body fat-wise. hope this helps, good luck!!!
 
Bro before you do anything to drastic drug wise, evaluate your training and diet. I love Muscle Milk with the high amount of fat burning fats worked into the formula. I also like the idea of an anavar test cycle while cutting bodyfat. I have always found clen very effective for fat loss, some others may disagree. I would concentrate more on weight training and less on cardio for fat burning.:)
