When doing hypers do yall use weights and how much? As of right now i put 80 lbs. on my back and do it 10 times, only problem is my knees start killing me really bad. Does anyone else have this problem ?
no need to use hypers to do that much weight, just start doing GM's so you dont have the pressure on your knees, or you could end up with flamingo legs. yknow?
yeah i thought of that i just wanted to know how bad it was on my knees i mean i can live with it, just kinda hurts. Plus weighted hypers seem to help the most.
