Hyges or Blues

Are Hyges just blues in a prom dress? Are they better than blues for any reason, other than their nice packaging. Price (not being specific- hopefully this is ok. EDIT OUT if it is not). is the same per iu as blues (I can't find a screaming deal on blues).

Assuming one is getting the real deal with blues and Hyges- Which to go with and why?
