What's the deal....

Does this stuff work as well as advertised? I have my doubts but would like to hear some 1st hand experience with the and your routine/diet as well.

Sam's Club has like a 240 cap botle for fifty bucks....worth it?

does it contain ephedra? if so i say yes from my experiances with it. if not then obviously no.
