Hydroxycut--has anyone tried it and forhowlong?

Has anyone tried Hydroxycut? and for how long? what was the longest you stayed on something like that?
any side effects?

I believe ephedra has been outlawed in the US for supplements, correct? I dont think it has any more in it, and even its previous more potent form, people would only see any tanglible benefit when they were in there lower % bf and looking to drop that last percent

that said I've never taken it before and only know what ive read from others experiences on here
