Some of the UK press has been going about hydrogenated fat, the most useless and damaging trans fatty acid, being used as the binding material in supplement pills from vitamins to ginseng.
I know that the press are always pill bashing because journos and doctors dont like guys with big arms and no guts, but is this something worth watching out for? Does it apply to capsules as well as pills, are powders the best option?
I know Sarcev is big on hydrogenated fat dodging but also that it is relatively common in junk foods. I use alot of supplements when using AAS maybe I should cut back. What do you reckon?
Also, we have an HMB ban coming up in the UK, sucks. Is it non-scrip in US? At least we're not like France (which has a Creatine ban)... yet.
