Huuuge Cycle, need advice with side effects

I'm in the 2nd week of my second cycle, I'm on, HGH, Omnadren, and Winny. Gettin big fast, "but" side effects are hitting hard, my back and neck look like a extra pepperoni pizza, and its moving down my arms and chest fast. Is it the price I pay to get big, or dose anyone have any suggestions.

oh I forgot, I was being conservative. I'm also on mastron and insulin.
