Hey guys...I did a search but couldn't find anything specific regarding HgH releasers . My nutritionist recommended I take this HgH pills she carries..at like $89.00 a bottle...I've searched the web and found almost the same formula.

Primary ingredients are Ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate (OKG), L-Arginine, L-Glutamine, L-Ornithine, etc. Do they work??? How effective are they in increasing Hgh or are they a waste of money....??? She claims her clients all lose an additional 6-10 lbs a month of bodyfat by using them.....sounds like snake oil

she's already mad that I've found all of the exact same products she was selling me for 50% less on the web and I won't buy them anymore from her clinic...told her I really need to do my research on this product. I have yet to find anything to show they work...any opinions???

A TRUE 100% waste of your hard earned cash. Snake oil is a good way to put it.

There are a ton of HgH products ou there that are all basically the same, a bunch of L aminos, Ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate (OKG), L-Arginine, L-Glutamine, L-Ornithine, .any pros or cons of those combos?????Any one ingredient better the other??? If they don't icrease HgH...what does this combo do if anything??????????????????????

I guess the point I was trying to make is the ingredients in the supplement she was trying to sell me may help in overall nuttition, but I have not found any proof postive that it it will increase HgH levels. Only my Dr or a HRT would be able to dtermine if my Hgh levels are low...just trying to find info of the ingredients in this formula have been shown to be effective, I see alot of HgH releasers with almost identical ingredients.

Why don't you get ahold of an anti aging clinic and get a script for the real thing? That way you know your not getting snake oil and it is legal...

I live in Southwest Florida....most of us have more money than brain cells...and we have several HRT therapy and anti aging clinics...they seem to be popping up all over. One clinic wants $695.00 for initial consult...and around $4900.00 to get the HgH therapy...I was told on the phone I qualified just from the questions I answered without even getting the blood work done yet.!!!

The question is not if I should use HgH, but is there any product that releases HgH...there are ALOT of supplements on the market...do any work?

oxandrolone increases HGH. i'm not a fan of cut and paste post, but lots of evidence in the medical literature to back it up.

since i've been on a low dose of ox year round, i can't put on body fat if i try. i look contest ready, year round.

20 mg's ED. occasionally i'll bump it to 30 mg's for a week or 2.
when you hit 40 mg's on pharm ox sides start kicking in. blood
pressure, cholesterol, terrible bloating and gas. pumps become
unbearable etc.... pharm ox and UG ox are night and day.
oxandrolone is HIGHLY misunderstood and underestimated.
most folks have never done real ox or they've used severely
under dosed product. 20 mg's of pharm is like 80 UG.

actually i don't get oxandrin, i get generic ( PAR or WATSON ) oxandrolone.
exact same thing, but oxandrin is brand name. it is part of my HRT. when
i was a kid i got shot up pretty bad. lost my spleen and left lobe of my liver.
it effects my immune system and leaves me prone to infection and a
subsequent weight loss. 60 tabs cost 1200 bucks without insurance lol.
my insurance covers 950 and i pay 250.
