Just bought their micronized creatine for $19/100 servings...anyone ever tried it? Im assuming all micronized pure creatines are the same....anyway my question is:

I'm planning on taking 10g a day (no loading phase)....what is best: 5 g before and 5 g immediately after the gym....ill also be taking glutamine and whey protein so i dont know if they will interfere with each other....can anybody make me a schedule of when i should take these daily supplements (in regards to before, after the gym, before bed, in the morning, etc.):

1 Scoop of Whey
1 Tbsp of Glutamine
2 Scoops Creatine (5g each)

*Mad props for any help :)
 
well you definitely need the post-workout. The other i dont think will matter too much, i would take it in the morning though
