I have a nurse friend that got some insulin from the hospital about a year ago...The expirationg says 9.09.02...He told me that it has been in the fridge the whole time and said there very little degradation should have occured...Is this stuff stilll good to use ?

Forgive such a stupid question but I have never heard of insulin.Is it what diabetics use(I am pretty sure it is) I never knew that was an anabolic substance.

Yes it is what diabetics use and yesit is the most anabolic substance in the body. Bodybuilders use it to shuttle nutrients a lot faster to muscle after a workout. Don't even think about it until you have read a shitload of stuff about it. Very dangerous if used wrong.

insulin is extremely anabolic, and yes, its intended use is for diabetics

No shit!!! I didnt know that.Theres alot of vials of that in my house!!I heard humalog and I thought it sounded famililar.My dad used to use that(he was actually diabetic) and after he died it was left still in the fridge.Several viles. I never knew that,learn something everyday.It sounds way outta my league.

As everyone else says do not use it. Very dangerous and you need to be very knowlegdable in dieting and timing of consumption. I must say though i now a handful of guys who've used it properly and they were and are all shredded. But IMO if ur not a nurse or dietician or diabetic don't use it.

Dont worry.I am about to do my first cycle at all of anavar,and thats got me excited.I wouldnt touch the stuff,I can tell by reading its instructions/manual its complicated stuff.By the way I just checked its alot of Humulin N.

Something else in there called pred forte-what is that??

Humulin N is not the same as Humalog. Humalog is better for our purposes as it gets in to the system very quickly and then is completely gone in 4 hours. There are a lot of insulin primers out there that you can read up on and decide yourself if you want to try it, but this is clearly not the time for you since you are doing your first cycle and it is all oral anyway. Wait until you are much further into the game for slin.
