been running humalog PWO , ive read its half life is 3-3.5 hours other sources state 5 hours ! what gives ? the reason i ask is coz i want my pwo nutrition to b on key ATM im having 10g dextrose to every iu and 1 cup brown rice/8oz chicken breast 1 hour after shot followed by the same meal 2-3 hours after shot ! ???
