after i take my slin, i need to take in some carbs immediatly. What kind of carbs should i take then? then after i take in these carbs i need to eat a balenced meal an hour later, is a MRP ok?

Do a search on the board about Slin, There is a huge post about it. If I am not mistaken you should be taking in Carbs immediately because it is quick acting. Take in simple carbs because you want them digested quickly obviously.
