why the fuck would you workout just because you are bored? you might overtrain. i would suggest doing something more productive with your time like going over to MFW and reading some good posts. Or do a search for my name and read some of my posts.

It's pretty hard to really overtrain by working abs unless you're malnourished or something.
...I should work my abs because I haven't for MONTHS. Do you think it really makes much difference if I already do deadlifts, squats and many other exercises that work the midsection isometrically?
