can you tell I am bored, think ill wail on my tris and hit some abs
 
why the fuck would you workout just because you are bored? you might overtrain. i would suggest doing something more productive with your time like going over to MFW and reading some good posts. Or do a search for my name and read some of my posts.

well

a. I worked arms tday so why not finish blasting the tris

b. I take enough oj to not overtrain

c. And I said I am bored not mentally challenged, if I ever do become challenged your posts will be a form a rehabilitation inspiration.
 
It's pretty hard to really overtrain by working abs unless you're malnourished or something.

...I should work my abs because I haven't for MONTHS. Do you think it really makes much difference if I already do deadlifts, squats and many other exercises that work the midsection isometrically?
