Some HUGE Karma will come your way if someone has the time to calculate my calorie content (and breakdown) and revamp my gear for my next cycle......Much!


6'2, 185, 6-7% bf....training for about 7 years....high as 240 and have cut to 6%bf and SKINNY (185lbs).......anyways, thinking about this:

1cc test400 - weeks 1-5
200mg of test prop - weeks 1-5
500mg of sus250 - weeks 5-10
300mg of EQ - weeks 1-8 (to lessen pain of t400)
50mg of winny EOD weeks 6-10


any suggestions?

All I have to offer here is some common sense here. I know that you are probably very proud of your low body fat and for a certain body look, you probably look great. But you said that you're skinny with all caps. Does it bother you that you're not bigger. If you want to get bigger, you might want to get off the scale, and eat during ONE cycle just to see what happens. Can you emotionally afford a percent or two of body fat gain in exchange for getting over 200lbs? Be popular again - when you're friends invite you out for pizza shock them by saying YES for a change. At the very least, you may want to try an Atkins diet for a cycle if what I'm saying is too radical. I eat mostly an Atkins diet and with it, I have successfully beaten my family genetics as the only family member who doesn't look 8+ months and ready to drop. Now that I'm on AAS and Test, I'm starting to have a barrel chest, but that's OK. I am working more on a power-lifters exercise plan than a bodybuilder. You need to define your goals. We all can't look like Arnold, the gene pool isn't that big anyway. Good luck.
 
Im calculating your calorie intake at about 2500 calories or under
That doesnt seem nearly enough to feed that cycle
 
I don't even have to calculate it to see it's to low....are you a hamster? j/k....what's with the salads and veggies (not that they're not good for you)....where's the rice, potatoes, pasta, etc?....to many shakes.....where's the chicken and beef.....you won't get fat if you eat clean and a little fat won't hurt
 
OK J look out! here's my average diet. Now remember even without the AAS, because of HIV/AIDS, I need all the caloric intake I can handle. For breakfast, I start with Total with Whole milk. And for a juice, I have a Boost Breeze. Later in the morning I make a three cheese and ham omelet with all off the three eggs. Lunch looks like baked chicken. All that I can eat and I might cheat with corn or potatoes (veggies that aren't on Atkins). For dinner I grill a piece of beef or pork and wash it down with, yes, more whole milk. I eat fistfuls of vitamins and supplements like their D-bol tabs :) And I finally found a protein bar that doesn't make me gag when I eat it. Try the Solid Protein S'mores bar (NOT other flavors) it actually OK (listen, none of them are great). hope that helps. Try Pizza with lots of stuff on it so you don't have to have as many slices to be satisfied.
 
hahah.....sounds good bro...you pretty lean right now? Doesn't seem like you really care what you eat, as long as you get the prootein and stay away from fats.......guess that's my problem....too anal.....need to eat every 2 hours....weigh everything......damn......thnx again alan

my 130lb girlfriend eats more than that---eat like a man---eat foods with substance that will gain weight like steak, all natural peanut butter, eggs, chicken a pizza once in awhile not this salad and brocolli crap------
 
that one has been used before, but still hillarious.....hey, I'm a'ight....diced abs and still benching close 315 for a triple......not where I was, but it's summer time......pool parties......clubbn'......you content?

J I have a homophobic guy on this board who will do anything to insult me and seeing that I posted a real pic of myself, went right after me again. Little does he know that BELOW the waist is a pair of legs that would make him cry (if he gives a damn about leg development). I love my squats and if I had the room for a Smith machine at the house, it would be here. The problem is that most people look from the waist up - i'm one of those guys that wears shorts far longer thru the year than the weather should allow. And I did it all with an Atkins+ diet.

Now about that karma...
 
Karma was for decent responses.......I know you're trying to help, but suggesting pizza with all the fixin's and squattin on the Smith, just don't fit the profile. I do really appreciate your input though....I was looking for some assistance in adding calories to my already "on point" eating regimine.....and gear. Thanks man.
 
I've been trying to figure out just what the hell makes a diet "clean" and the only congruency that I have found between every mention of a clean diet is the lack of simple carbs! On that note though, MRP's are simple-carb-laiden so WTF? What am I missin here bro's???
 
i basically just eat anything in sight, no real trick to it, eats lots of meats and eggs, when i feel my caloric intake is too low i add a few table sppons of olive oil to my shakes and that helps get the content right up there :)

its not what u asked, but i figured id throw out some info, good luck bro
