Huge explosion

saw the biggest explosion yet last night on tv. they said it was some sort of a cluster bomb. they dropped it on what looked like some sort of village on top of a hill. it looked like a 10 square block explosion, then you saw the percussion of the explosion and the force of it shaking the ground as it came very quickly towards the camera. they guy who was video taping it wasn't to far away either, you can hear people watching it in amazement!! Does anyone know of a website you can check replays? I would pay to see that again.

I wonder who the lucky person will be who will set up there first paysite like this.

That shit was insane.Those people looked like little piss ants compared to the size of that blast.Their eardrums must be toast from the sound of that.

yeah, I saw everything shake from that one. I bet that was a Moab. go to kazaa and search for Moab, there is one video and the explosion looks about the same.
 
I don't think it was a moab, They did say it was a new type of bunker buster though I think.

I don't know about you guys...But, when I wake up in the morning, it feels like I am going through CNN withdrawls...I have to watch that shit...and that ticker tape line at the bottom...Jesus...I think I am forever cross-eyed now....heh heh heh

I watch fox most of the time, but as soon as I get off of work its the first thing I do. There was a good firefight last night too.

It looked like a thermobaric bomb! One of the new bigger ones! They were trying to get them in them in their bunkers! I only saw the footage once! But that's what I believe they were dropping! Don't believe the "News" Guys! They are 90% wrong unless they are actually given the actual bomb ordnance type! The shit they have been saying regarding US and Iraqi arsenals on the cuff makes me want to bitch slap them sometimes!

False statement of me! I know you like to test people 2Thick and I get it! But untill you actually post the exact thoughts within your brain, assumptions of you have to result from your posts! Are you for peace with this Iraqi war or not? Do you feel pain for Iraqi civilians and want it to stop? Are you willing to put your life on the line to stop it? No bullshit answer please! Don't change the subject or spin! Otherwise assumptions will be continued to be made of you!

Everybody on this board knows damn well that 90% of those Muslims over there would love for this pic and scenario to be reversed.

That is was the U.S. that was being invaded and that was an American in grief by the coffin. At least the U.S. is remorseful for any civilian deaths, the Muslims rejoice in it when it is ours.

Also, what leads anyone to believe that the "death" in that pic is from American hands? Hell all those execution squads over there aren't sitting by idle.

Here is the truth. I do not care whether anyone on the world dies (besides my friends, family (and people of various social value)).

In reference to the Invasion of Iraq, my primary concern is the stability of the world because it has a direct impact on my life. In addition, the terror attacks that will fall upon the US (b/c of the invasion & current administration) will further complicate my life in varuious ways.

This is why I am against this particular invasion.

If that's the case then I was discussing different footage I saw on TV! There were no multiple elongated smoke clouds in what I saw! I will have to check out a link! What you are describing is a line, multiple, carpet type bombing with dumb or smart bombs! Not a single strategic strike with one massive explosion and blast cloud!

After reading some of the dribble that people put up...I have renewed faith not everyone is blind to the reality of the world.
 
It wasn't a MOAB. I think it was confirmed that it was a daisycutter, but I'm not sure.

You don't have to be Miss Cleo. Just look at their actions. Did Muslims direct those 9-11 planes into military bases? Whole bunch of combat troops at the WTC huh? At least our attacks are pointedly directed at infantry with the capabilities to fight back. Civilian deaths are accidental, either on their part or ours. But we never set out of massacre non combat citizens.

If this death was a result of American Action... at least it was clean and swift. You think they get that in those torture chambers?

With the exception of the time frame of the post 9-11 attacks - due to a few high emotion idiots - every Muslim in this country has been treated with more dignity, respect and opportunity from us "devils" than their own people have offered them. You think if this war never happened that an American could set foot over there and not encounter contempt, envy, and in some cases hostility?
