Huck: Do I have to cycle NYC?

I just started NYC a few days ago and the shit works great... I know what you're talking about when you said you "heat up like a furnace" when doing cardio. I was just wondering if NYC should be cycled for optimum efficacy over the long haul... 1 week on 1 week off, 2 on 2 off? What do you think?
 
Is it ok to combine maybe 1 or 2 NYC pills with clen (80mcg a day)...clen does absolutely nothing for my appetite, if anything it makes me want to eat more than usual....
 
Cuts,that's a good question.I never noticed any attenuation to the NYC when I was on it,but I'm thinking of running a two week rotating shift of it,clen and E/C/A,witha light dose of DNP as a thermogenic base to see if I can really blitz and confuse my body's homeostatic defense.Of course L-dex will be part of the equation(for estrogen management),and I think I will hit the Yohimburn on the waist and lower pecs to directly attack the A/2's in those problematic areas.To answer your question after all my rambling though,lol,you probably should take a little break from it every few weeks or so,and perhaps switch to something else if you're right in the middle of a cutting regimen.

Cool Huck... I too was thinking I'd cycle NYC with Betalean every other week. Yeah, I'm running 4-5 NYCs/day along with 1/4cc L-dex eod... that with solid AM cardio and a BFL/ISO type diet. Fat's coming off... slowly but surely it's coming off. Thanks for your advise!
