Cuts,that's a good question.I never noticed any attenuation to the NYC when I was on it,but I'm thinking of running a two week rotating shift of it,clen and E/C/A,witha light dose of DNP as a thermogenic base to see if I can really blitz and confuse my body's homeostatic defense.Of course L-dex will be part of the equation(for estrogen management),and I think I will hit the Yohimburn on the waist and lower pecs to directly attack the A/2's in those problematic areas.To answer your question after all my rambling though,lol,you probably should take a little break from it every few weeks or so,and perhaps switch to something else if you're right in the middle of a cutting regimen.
