Hubei Clen, 4 micrograms

Hello! I need some help in finding out if I Got ripped off. I received 50 tablets of Hubei Clen and it looks weird to me. It's a small round pill and scored on one side. From what I understand it is supposed to have a C on one side? Mine does not have that, just a score. The other side is blank. The bag seems to be a legit bag it came in. Thanks for any help.
