This is my initial post in my log for my first ever cycle. I am only posting dosage daily and weight weekly. Thank you. Weight started 195.4.

Week 1-10 Test E 300wk Mon/Thu 150 mg
Week 1-4 D-bol 20 mg/ed 10 mg AM/10 mg PM
Week 1-10 AIFM EOD 2 pumps

14 days after last inject Clomid 50 mg/ed for 21 days
Nolvadex on hand for itchy nips
any suggestions for beefing up PCT
 
can someone tell me what happens when u inj test into the muscle. does it just sit there, does it migrate to other muscles, or does it go into the bloodstream? if this is a dumb question i apologize. im just looking for a scientific explanation of how it migrates throughout the body. thanks.
 
2nd jab today not so good as #1. rt delt. poked and got pain, pulled out and drop of dark red blood came out. tried to reinsert and by this time i was shaking and sweating. 2nd and 3rd jabs wouldnt go in right so i changed pins to a new one and stuck again, went in pretty good 4th time was a charm, had a little tinge of pain, aspirated well,and was hard to dispense. i got it out and had a good chest workout. keepin it real.
 
1st day of week 2, inject 2nite left delt. Weight today up to 196.8, a slight gain for the 1st week. had some bloat after day 2 from the dbol but i upped the aifm to 2 pumps ed and by day 5 bloat was gone. debating adding a winny pill for the last 4 weeks, still up in the air.
 
week 2 shot 1 went smooth as silk today left delt, no pain at all awesome, also my strength improved from last week, same workout just added a few things, very intense. cannot remember this intense of a workout in a very, very long time. all in all i am livin the dream and im only in week 2 out of 10. little love fellas

MY workout split is going as follows:
monday-delt inject- shoulders/triceps/traps
tuesday- squats/deadlifts/biceps
wed- rest
thursday-delt inject- chest/calves/traps
friday-back/forearms
i like it since i am getting arm work 2x weeks and 1 dayf or legs which is way ahead of the rest of my body. cant afford for my legs to blow up too much
 
Decided to up the E to 350/wk for the coming week. new training split is:
Mon: Delts, Tricep, Trap
Tue: Squat, Deads, Bicep, Forearm
wed: Rest
Thu: Chest, Trap
Fri: Lats, calfs
Inj days are still Mon/Thursday. Update of weight tommorrow.
 
week 4 day 1 settled on 400 mg week and i iupped the dbol to 30 mg for the last week of it. my weight is up to 203.4 today. after 3 full weeks up about 9 pounds, i am gonna start really hammering the food this wek to get the number up. my workouts going good. today's jab was a little difficult, felt like i needed a hammer to get the pin into my arm, after a little persuasion it went in. only issue boys is i am getting a dull ache in my delts while i work out. lasts for a few minutes after each set, but it is very painful. i hope it is just the dbol and after this week i will be off of it and it wont hurt anymore. i experienced this b4 while doing some oral abombs.
