For you who have been tried both HST and DC, what would be better for mass while bulking.
I'm doing HST right now, but I'm not sure this is the way to go. I tried DC for a while with good results, I did 2 days on, 1 off, 1 day on 1 off, 2 days on 1 of and with this I only did one Rest pause set for each musclegroup.
So for you who tried both, please give me some input. What did you like best, what gave you best results..
