HST help

I started my hst routine and did my 4th workout of the 15's last Monday but I haven't been able to make it to the gym since then. I'm just wondering, it has been 6 days since my last workout.....do i do the 5th workout of the 15's or do i wait 3 days and start back from the beginning.
 
I believe the recommendation is that if miss a day during the first 3 weeks of the routine (i.e. both weeks of 15's and the first week of 10's) then you pick up where you would have been.

So if you missed the 4th workout, your next time in the gym just do the weights you have planned for the 5th workout.

If you're beyond the first 3 weeks of the routine, (i.e. the second week of 10's and after) just pick up where you left off.


And I seem to remember reading that Bryan recommended starting over if you miss more than X workout days. I can't remember if it was 2 or 3 or more workouts though. Check the FAQ over there (www.hypertrophy-specific.com).
