HST gurus, looking for a study about something. Need help

I know many people here are quite into HST.

Can one of you post the a study that says that after the first few sets of exercise (for the same muscle group), you are pretty much just burning calories.

I read one in the past but can't seem to find it now. I would like to expand my understanding of this so maybe I can accpet HST. :)

I think one of the sited ones is it, something like "Comparison of 1-set vs. 3-set protocol on strength in new lifters"
