My Doc who is a Cardiologist has me on 200 mg of Test Cyp for extremly low Test levels. He told me if I wanted to, I can stay on as long as I want to. I also have been using AIFM to combat Estrogen which is working wonders according to my blood work. I have been kicking around staying on no longer than 16 weeks because it is such a low level of Test. Any thoughts from you guys would be appreciated.

I am thinking more along the lines of how long I can stay on such a low dose. Of course I have HCG on hand, I am not sure how long I should stay on for, then how long to wait b4 going back on?

How old are you? Have you always been test-deficient? If your natural test levels are always low, then why ever come off? HRT is typically a permanent course of action for men with low test levels... you don't cycle off of HRT though you can "cycle on" (increase test amounts and run a full cycle)...then go back down to HRT levels...

I'm not an expert on HRT, but from what I've read, HCG is not an absolute must for those running permanent HRT... if you plan on coming off it, I doubt you would need it in that case either....

Seriously you can stay on that dosage the rest of your life, but you will get gyno, so it is better to cycle and take an anti-e, do pct, and then again

Every 6 months or so.

When your off stay off for 4-5 week, recover and go back, you may only need to stay off 2, weeks depends upon you and how well you recover.

Wait a minute... why would he get gyno? We don't know that unless he's particularly prone to it.... and the dosages are low enough, mimicing what his body would be making anyway.... if he's permanently test-deficient (which he still hasn't answered yet), then HRT would be his best choice.... and THEN if he chooses to cycle, he can incorporate that into his HRT program.
