Just wondering how many people here are on HRT? Also did you use main DR. or online HRT program to attain? Also how old are you when you started?

Four years ago I had blood work done and my total test was a meager 310. Granted it wasn’t as low as some people I’ve read about, but my family doctor didn’t even want to discuss HRT with me. You’re “within the normal range”, he said. I was 39 at the time. So I took matters into my own hands and I feel a lot better because of it.
