Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I have been on testosterone therapy for about ten years because of radiation therapy for cancer. I have been experiencing atrophy of my testes. In February HCG was added to my treatment. I get 20 units of HCG on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and 120ml of testosterone on Thursdays. My testes continue to shrink, sex drive is so so. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

When you say 20 units, do you mean units as measure on the pin or "IU" as in the concentration of HCG? If its only 20IU of HCG thats a very small dose. You should be at 250IU or so. If you have been shut down for 10 years due to exo test use it may take quits some time for your testes to plump back up.
Your HCG will come as a powder with so many IU, for example 5000 and 10,000 IU kits are common. How many IU per /ml you have totally depends on how much water you added when you mixed it. If you dont know the concentration then we certainly arent going to be able to tell you if your using enough.
