there are other transdermal options such as hydroalcoholic gels like Androgel and Testim. or testosterone esters by injection...talk with your doc about your concerns, he may order a blood test to determine if the patch is putting your testosterone levels in a therapeutic range..since you are gettin 5/mg day i am guessing you are on androderm. i believe the 5mg patch is the strongest they make. Testoderm is a trandermal patch for your scrotum(it is small,,the patch,,not your scrotum..lol). the scrotal skin is very permeable compared to other sites. Androgel and Testim are gels you rub on

My Dr does not use the patch. He said the release is inconsistent and the placement is a nuisance.
Androgel works! The # 5 pushes my test levels up too 900 on a 200-1,000 scale. It also pushes my DHT sky high, which can be a danger. I can feel a spike about 20 minutes after I rub it on.
The bio-identical compound topical gives the same results as Androgel, but the release and absorption is smoother ... it seems to build up and just purr along.
Injectioned test p would be my fav if I could get it prescribed. I felt the best doing 50 mg (amp) eod with the hgh on opposite eod. Felt like Superman.
Doing LSP test c now twice a week and I feel very good. I'll be going back to the bio-identical compound topical in Sept so I can stabilze all my blood test numbers.

DHT, along with oestrogen, is implicated in BPH, prostate enlargement. Saw Palmetto and Nettle Root are considered to be effective supplements taken to combat the issue.
If you're prone to male pattern baldness then it can increase hair loss too. Look to your maternal grandfather for the simplest indicator. If he had a good head of hair then it's likely that you do too and that MPB isn't an issue.

Since ending the last cycle and going back to HRT, my PSA dropped like a rock back to under 1.0. I also gained more texture to my hair and some new fuzz. ( ... LOL I'll take it.)

I've been using #5. I didn't know it came in a #10. Irrelavent at this point my Doc would never increase with a 940 total T. Even better news is no estrogen effect. In my day when I use to cycle I was crusing along getting good results when I added either parabolin or premobolin I can't remember and within two doses ginocomastia developed. It took forever to get rid of them. I've heard that once you get gino you are more prone in the future for it to come back. Anyway so far so good. Thanks for the input.
