HRT and supplements

When starting HRT, (low dosage test), do you still supplement (creatine, glutamine and noxplode)?

Or does anyone find good results with HRT and good diet?

Thanks.

What do you mean by results? HRT is not a bodybuilding method if that's what your asking?

A good diet alone can get you good results? Depending on what results your looking for.

Not really sure what you are asking.

Diet, exercise and recovery are critical factors in a successful Total HRT program. By success I mean achieving favorable blood testing results, losing fat while gaining muscle and aerobic fitness, experiencing sexual satisfaction, elevating mood .... a general improvement in overhall health and quality of life.

I take supplements along with following a low simple/fast carb, high protein, smart fat diet. My supplements include whey protein, creatine and a vast assortment of vitamines. I do not take mega doses or stuff myself.

My HRT is low dosage test, HGH and amiridex. I am never off. The addition of these substances along with diet , exercise and recovery has definately improved my general health and quality of life.

If you begin to scan down the list of topics in this area of the Board, you'll see lots of info on the various aspects of HRT. Good reading!

I am not looking to try to cycle. I am trying to maximize my effort to regain some semblance of what I used to be. In my former life, before my twin sons, I lifted 4-5X per week, ran 3-4X per week, played softball, football and anything else that I could find. In the last 2-3 years, I feel like I've hit a wall. I put on 15 pounds, which is heavy for me. I don't run and I don't seem to have the energy to be fair to my kids. I lift fairly smartly, eat clean, dropped the beer and I still am at the wall. I turn 40 this year and have considered HRT for the past year and finally decided to try. I see the doc next week and am hoping he can help me.

I asked about the creatine in particular because while I get gains from CEE, I tend to bloat a little and hold weight around the waist. Will that increase with test or will it decrease? I like the glutamine, helps recovery. Of course, never enough protein and vitamins. I just started trying the no-xplode and am wondering if I can drop that with the hrt or should it stay.

I have lurked here for a while and have read every post in this section at least 1X. It's good to be able to research and learn from guys who have been there. I would not have even considered hrt if I hadn't found this board.

Thanks for your feedback.
