HRT and Nolvadex

Hi All. Was hoping to get some information on how to use Nolvadex in my HRT.

I have been having chest issues - itchy/tingly chest and nipples for a few months now. Arimidex is not helping.

I told my Dr and she is not really that knowledgeable on these things even though she put me on HRT. She said that it was not possible since my estrogen levels were OK.

Anyway I decided to get the Nolvadex on my own but I am not sure how I should use it.

Do I use it until the symptoms go away or just take it for the full month and stop?

Thanks everyone.

If you are new to HRT, the test. is what causing the issues. This is normal and will go away as soon as your body adjust to the increase in test. levels. It is reassuring to note that your doc is monitoring your estrogen levels.
Nolvaldex is used to eradicate the side effects your having. Use 20-40 mg daily until the issues completely go away. Then use the A-dex at whatever dose your doc. prescribed to prevent the symptoms from coming back.

Stay away from Nolva IMO. That stuff did some nasty damage to my eyesight and had even worse emotional sides. Stuff is poison IMO.

Don't take my word for it. Do a serious, in depth search on Nolvadex and side effects.

How much Arimidex were you taking per day? If it wasn't doing enough you may consider Letrozole.

Checking your adrenal health may also be a good place to look. I was having terrible estrogen issues with TRT until I started taking Hydrocortisone for my Adrenals. I had adrenal fatigue.

I went from 2.5mg Letrozole per day and still being over the top of the range to managing estrogen with only 10mg Hydrocortisone per day and no Letrozole. I was shocked to say the least.

You are the only other person that has mentioned emotional sides from nolva. I have to use it if my test goes above 300mgs a week.
I have always said that nolva makes me crazy but everone else disagrees.
Glad to know it aint just me.......

What else do you use???

Sorry for the hijack
