Im 23, 5'11", 220lbs., about 10% bf, and I have ran just about everything, but i try to keep my doses kinda low, that way I dont NEED to take a gram a week or anything crazy like that. I have taken everything except the primo tabs. My diet is pretty basic and clean. chicken, fish, beef, green veggies, brown rice. i eat every 3 hours, 30 grams of protien at least every 3 hours. im wanting to bulk a LITTLE, (week 1-4) then cut, (week 5-10)
I guess my GOAL would be about 198lbs, 3-4% bf. hope this helps
