dont go by that line on the one website "beginners have gained up to 20lbs on just 250mg sus a week" its bull, you wont gain crap (maybe a few pounds). i tried it, not worth it. granted i also did 400mg eq a week along with it, but i peaked at 15lb gain and that was it. im losing a lil now no matter how much i eat. bump the test to no less than 500mg/wk and if you have the money take dbol at around 30mg/day for 4 weeks and mix the sus with eq or deca. if you dont have the money, my advice is wait and save till you get the money. the results will be so much better
