Hows this cycle look?

So this will be my third cycle, second of this type. Just a little more involved with a lot better PCT I beieve, but if I'm wrong let me know!

500mg eq once a week for 15-16 weeks (thinking about raising it to 600 a week, would that make a big difference or not so much?)
250mg sustanon once a week for 10 weeks, starting this after I've taken EQ for a month
400 HCG split into 2 shots every week. (quick question can somebody tell me how to convert IU's in to mg's?)
20mg Nolvadex EOD or every 2 days, can't really decide.

PCT- .5 mg of dex for 6 weeks plus PP recovery stack, I think that should suffice with taking HCG throught out the cycle.

So how does it look??

Nolva is no good on cycle as an anti e - use Adex on cycle .5mg e3d or as and when you need it.

PCT should be AI (adex) Nolva/ climid. Take the HCG on cycle before PCT not during. It is supressive during pct
